Matcha is a great year-round drink, and you'll find Matcha bowls for every season in our collection. But you can't really make Matcha without a whisk of some sort. Our traditional bamboo whisk, or chasen, is my preferred utensil -- but then I am a purist. I have also seen little stainless steel battery operated gizmos that also work too.
