The mug comes with its own lid and an internal stainless steel laser mesh infuser that allows ample room for tea leaves to unfurl for optimal infusion of the leaves. Once the tea  has steeped to perfection the lid acts as an efficient little saucer for the infuser. This beautiful glass mug works beautifully by itself for brewing artisan flowering teas or with the infuser for loose leaf tea.
