The stainless steel infuser screws into the lid! Simply measure 6 grams of artisan whole leaf tea (1-3 tsp. depending upon the volume of the tea) into the infuser and screw the infuser into the lid. Fill the pot with water of the appropriate temperature for the tea you are using, replace the lid and lower the infuser handle. This will automatically position the infuser in the center of the pot where it will be fully submerged in the water for perfect brewing. When the tea has reached the desired strength simply pull the knob up until the infuser is no longer immersed. Fold the handle at the hinged joint to lock it in place and enjoy your tea.
