We may not need lu Yu's 28 utensils to brew tea in this day and age, but the ones we do use can make a significant difference in our overall tea experience. Tea should be a pleasure, something we look forward to at any (no, all) times of day, not something we consider a hassel to prepare. And besides, who can't use another gadget?
